Our Story

Welcome to The Shop | Design Shop Interiors, a home furnishings and décor store in Granite Bay, California, created by the team behind Design Shop Interiors.

We believe a beautiful home is built over time, with pieces you love, thoughtful details, and a little inspiration along the way. That's why we created The Shop: to bring the furnishings, lighting, and home décor our interior designers love into a retail experience everyone can enjoy.

Curated by Designers. Made for Your Home.

Step inside and discover an ever-changing collection of thoughtfully selected furniture, custom upholstery, statement lighting, vintage rugs, home accessories, tabletop essentials, and one-of-a-kind finds.

But what you see on our showroom floor is only the beginning.

Through our relationships with leading furniture and home décor manufacturers, we offer access to tens of thousands of products beyond what's displayed in-store. From choosing the perfect sofa fabric to finding lighting that transforms a room, our knowledgeable team can help you explore options, compare materials, and find pieces that fit your home and personal style.

More Than a Furniture Store

We believe shopping for your home should be inspiring, personal, and enjoyable.

At The Shop, you can sit on sofas and chairs before selecting, explore hundreds of fabric and finish options, experience lighting firsthand, and discover pieces you might never have considered.

Whether you're furnishing an entire home, refreshing a room, or searching for that one perfect finishing touch, we're here to help bring your vision to life.
