Nasturtium Floral Jelly

There is an unspoken alchemy that takes place in the preserving process whereby the simplest of ingredients are transformed into something altogether different and sublime. 

Nasturtium Jelly

The peppery hallmark of our farm-grown nasturtiums makes such a fun — and pretty — foil in this floral jelly. It can be used anywhere a traditional jelly would but we like to think of all the savory places it will shine: brushed over a baked ham or roast pork loin. A dollop on a cornbread muffin would make the most ideal snack.
